Hi dear, I hope you’re well,

There’s something I’ve carried, something I must tell.

It’s been weighing on my mind for quite a while,

And though I’m unsure how it may sound ,

I can’t hide it anymore.

I’m drawn to you ,

To your beautiful body, your striking mind, your quiet fire.

I get carried away staring at your sparkling eyes,

The way you are simple and still elegant.

You might not have noticed,

But I shrink away each time you’re near

At first, I called it coincidence, nothing too serious,

Now I know the truth:

A connection to align with my feelings.

It’s you who steals my gaze,

It’s you who makes my heart race,

It’s you who turns silence into tension

And distance into longing.

Lately, you’ve been living in my thoughts,

And this time, I won’t keep it locked inside.

I’m letting the cat out of the bag ,

This isn’t overthinking;

This is feelings I have harboured for so long.

I want you ,

More than I’ve admitted, longer than I’ve said.

You mean so much more than you know.

I’m ready ,

Ready to embrace this life with you,

To protect, to care, to hold what I desire.

I crave you.

I miss you more than I should ,

More than I ever plan to.

And I’m done hiding what my heart already knows,

Every beat of my heart whispers the same thing ,

Only You, Only You, My dear Love.
