On 5th March 2021, the Ghana Society for Education Technology in collaboration with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) organized a seminar for the teaching staff and students of the Accra College of Education.

Facilitated by resource persons from NaCCA, the seminar dubbed, “The Professional Teacher Starter Pack - Time With A Key Stakeholder”, was an interactive session focused on enlightening the participants on the new Standard – Based Curriculum/Common Core Program. Deliberations were also held on some of the pertinent issues in our Ghanaian education system today.

The forum afforded the participants the opportunity to fully grasp the concept of the new Standard - Based Curriculum, its constituents, and key themes undergirding the new Common Core Programme.

The very educative and interesting event was well attended and streamed live on Facebook.

We are grateful to everyone who made this program possible and we send our warmest regards to our partners, panelists, and all participants.
